NATE SMITH:

Purpose of training with Shawn was to increase speed and strength with a goal of playing college football for University of Miami Hurricanes. Nate earned his spot on the team as wide receiver

 

JOE SCHWALM:

Purpose of training with Shawn was to increase flexibility, gain strength, and higher vertical jump for his college basketball career.

 

DAVID SHANK:

Purpose of training with Shawn was to increase body weight by 20lbs, gain strength and flexibility by request of John Zima, owner  of  Kick It, a kicking program for high school and college athletes.

 

LILY KRISKO:
